What is your return policy?

My goal is to bring you joy - not agitation - and therefore want to be as flexible as possible.

New sealed/undamaged vinyl records may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Used vinyl records may be returned within 30 days for a full refund if they’re in the same condition they were purchased in.

Unfortunately, new records that have been opened may not be returned unless you received them damaged.

Unopened tea may be returned within 2 weeks if it has been stored under reasonable conditions. Tea that has been opened/unsealed may not be returned.

All other items may be returned within 30 days.

Your happiness is extremely important to me. Have a problem? Just reach out and I’ll always try to resolve it fairly!

What condition are your records in?

Tea & Tunes sells both new/sealed and used vinyl records. Used albums are in varying condition and priced accordingly. That said, I only stock records that I think can be enjoyed. You’re welcome to carefully give used records a spin on the turntable to hear for yourself!
